    Skill Cooldown doesnt work

    Hi, I use WarChef Totem as my RightClick and I tried to set a Cooldown of 2 second before he cast a new one to let the Totem time to kill monster, but he is allways Spamming the spell :/ This is the ScreenShot of my skill configuration https://i.imgur.com/5k8lKXh.png Someone have an idea ?
