I was told to redo my OS and try again g

I have been using this bot for years on and off. Just came back, and this is what I get, I know how to set up, etc. Alk hs been consistently reliable for years, sure sometimes hes sloweer than others, but real life happens to us all. I am just hoping for acknowledgement/fix, cant get any help here or in forums for this issue.
