I have tried esxi, hyperv, and xenserver. They all dont work for various reasons. Stick with windows or windows server and vmware workstation.

I did find a mirror recently, it just stashed it like anything else. I always heard that they were tracked since they don't drop often but that doesn't seem to be true. I didn't notice it for a while so it just kept on going.

Idk of one personally but its all on the wiki, you could try parsing it with a script and dumping it to whatever you want. Might be faster then to do it manually.
