fx8350 is the minimun you need for cpu it can probably handle 7-8 watercooling around 110$ 16GB ram 2 x ssd 240GB each any graphics card with 2GB ddr5 sould be able to handle 8 (dont go nvdia) any motherboard 150$+ that can fit the above should be ok (not mini / micro) thats around 1000$ where im from and you are left with 100-200$ for power supply, case, case fans
