i have set automem=0 and still get this error every load set auto memory to off in config, and im getting a pipe.exe crash as well

When i open eternity first error box i get says "this application was unable to start correctly (0xc000012), the second error box says the specified service does not exist as an install service line # 10903 and the same for 9679
