  1. to be honest, my current priority lies at the auto.skiller. Since Exiled Bot now supports profile switching by itself, EB-Tools is no longer a mandatory tool for me :( But i am quite sure that as soon as the auto.skiller is in a state where it doesnt need any further development (more or less), i will quickly get bored. You can call the current state of EB-Tools "frozen" ^^

PS: i will upload my latest dev version in the next view days, this should atleast ensure that EB-Tools is working and most of the bugs are fixed...

Oh, but the big benefit of EB-Tools was not the zone changing, it was the actual restarting of the bot or PoE when they crashed or got stuck. I hope you get bored of the auto-skiller soon. ;)

  2. I don't know what you are replying to. Obviously everyone has seething flasks set to 0 ms. I'm talking about leveling cases where the bot is having a slightly hard time but is still getting kills, for example level 50 and a bit undergeared in broken bridge vs the big beasts. I've watched the bot use flasks inefficiently and as a result chickening instead of recovering because of flasks being mistimed.

However, when actually farming this is not an issue at all of course.

  3.

Oh! How about a priority list?

If we can set things like currency (high level currency like exalted, gcp, etc...) & uniques into priority one (ie. always try) and others into non-priority (ie. give up after 3 tries) will that be ok?

I've thought of that as well, was mostly thinking about it from another angle though: If a wisdom scroll, portal scroll, armourer's scrap, blacksmith's whetstone or any of the useless orbs  can't be picked up at the very first try, then I would want them ignored.

  4. 1) I notice that if the bot doesn't find an item, it just loops trying to do the very same thing again. I would suggest adding a pickup_try_offset_x variable as well, since if an item is not found the first two times the chance that it is going to find it the third time is very slim. Also having the bot ignore the item after a certain amount of times.

    2) If the bot is looking for a specific item to loot and hoover over another item that is going to be looted later, it should pick that item up. Very often when there are many drops, the bot will take a lot of time finding all the drops.

  5. If bot takes TOO long to kill a mob (usually tough exile rogues), bot will flag it as corrupted memory and ignore it entirely.

I've seen it happen a few times now.  Not a biggie... I rather this than having the bot timed out from hitting air.

It's not the same thing as corrupted memory, it is intended and if you increase the absurd hp setting in one of the config files it will work just fine.

  6. In order to make the bot chicken less, I would like to have customization of flask usage. The reason is two-fold:

    1) Get charges more efficiently. If you for instance use 5 seething flasks, you always want to use the one with the most charges so they charge up evenly.

    2) Let's say you use a bubbling of iron skin in slot 1 and four seething, then you want to use slot 1 as often as you can (because if the bot is taking damage, chances are that it will take more damage in the near future).

I see the bot chickening now and then in close cases, where this would have tipped the scale in favour of killing the pack instead of chickening.

    Keep up the good work.

  7. I've browsed the forum on and off during the day and have not found a solution to my problem;

When running the bot, it positions the mouse cursor diagonally down and right of my character, and then keeps pressing the left mouse button. It doesn't react to anything (enemies, objects, falling below the chicken threshold, falling below the life or mana for flasks).

I'm running it on an old laptop at about 10 fps and windows xp (I saw that "the other bot" requires win 7, but haven't seen anything about that here, which is in fact why I like this one better, I have a couple of old laptops).

I also noticed some people in the shoutbox trying to explain the same behaviour in broken English but no one seemed to understand what they meant. I could provide screenshots or possibly some really choppy youtube of what is happening if that would help. I have not really changed anything in the initial settings except the zone, just trying to get the bot to run first.

Any help at all would be most welcome.
